Phil specializes in auto accident cases and will fight for the benefits you deserve. Notably, in 2015, Phil tried and won a verdict in excess of 1 million dollars for a catastrophically injured client in Huron County after a week long jury trial. 

More recently, in early 2024 Phil settled a case in excess of 5 million dollars for a catastrophically injured client. 

Rich has been living and working in the Grayling area since graduating law school in the early 1990s. Rich handles every type of case including auto cases, and other injury cases including ATV accidents and golf cart accidents. 

Having practiced law in Northern Michigan for over thirty years, Rich is very familiar with the local court systems and understands how to win your case. 

Pat specializes in first and third-party auto litigation and long term disability appeals. 

Pat has an impressive reputation as  someone who is never afraid to try a case in front of a jury. In 2024, Pat partnered with Jonathan Marko to try a case involving an ambulance which ran a red light, severely injuring his client.

After interning and then working as an attorney at one of the biggest law firms in Michigan, Sean joined his father Phil in representing injured people in 2023. 

Since that time, he has resolved  over 100 cases and secured nearly 3 million dollars for his clients.  

Sean will handle any No-Fault or personal injury case, no matter how big or small. 

Since becoming an attorney in 2007, Adam has handled almost every type of case possible, from criminal matter to contract disputes to civil litigation and injury cases. Adam has a wealth of knowledge of different areas of the law that he applies to win cases for his clients. 

Blake resides near Grayling. After graduating from from the top law school in the state, University of Michigan Law in 2022, and passing the bar, he has handled all types of civil litigation including several auto cases.
